Don’t just post about what your company is doing, if you’re hiring for a new position, or what certification you just received. Post about:

  • Why you are a subject matter expert in your field

  • Address the challenges you face in your industry and how you think you should overcome them

  • Discuss specific market trends that drive people on LinkedIn to engage with you

  • Build relationships every day. Send direct messages to those who you want to meet

  • Engage and interact with other users to help them see that you are good at what you do!

  • Share value in every post

  • Build up to post everyday. It’s a lot…but set a schedule to post on a regular basis. Your audience does not see every post, only a small percentage.

It is your profile. Grow it. Build in public.
